We do not only assess equipment. Where the machine a project needed did not exist, we developed it.
Fuel drying is the persistent bottleneck in small-scale biomass gasification. Gasifiers need consistently dry, correctly sized chips, and most drying equipment is designed for a scale that small plants cannot justify. Dried Sieve® was developed in response, from a live project requirement.

DRIED SIEVE®
Compact continuous dryer with integrated particle-size screening
Screens and dries biomass chips in a single unit. It runs on approximately 85°C hot water — the waste heat a gasification CHP plant already produces — and delivers chips at 10% moisture (wet basis).
- Screening and drying combined in one machine
- Driven by gasifier waste heat (approx. 85°C hot water), requiring no additional fuel
- Continuous production of chips at 10% moisture (wet basis)
- Demonstrated at over 125 kg/h throughput, enabling one week of continuous CHP operation
- Sized for small-scale biomass gasification plants

Dried Sieve® is available for supply from Japan.
